So, we fixed it for you. This app lets you create standard self-assessments and performance reviews for your colleagues that follow the usual guidelines and phrase it all very diplomatically for you. So, you don’t have to figure out how to say things “nicely”. We’ll do that for you.
All you have to do is figure out the details. We’ll make sure you say just enough – but not too much. Of course, if you want to spiff it up some more with additional notes, you can do that, too.
