I know it’s year-end, right now (as of this writing), and we’re all starting to cringe at the thought of composing those assessments. I am, too.
If you’re lucky, you only have to go through this process once a year (like I do).
But every now and then, you have to come up with a performance assessment during another time of year.
You can still use this app to do quarterly or mid-year evaluations, as well.
Although some of the entries are time-frame specific, you can just update the text that we generate. We just give you the framework to think through the different considerations for a quality performance review, and you take it from there.
But yeah, we make it easy for you to start. And then you can take it from there.
